I was able to begin the idea of planning my timetable, making a template which I can add and change, depending on what is going on that week. I have completed a timetable of what I aim to be doing this week (available in journal and notebook) adapting the timetable to what I am doing and what I want to achieve. These timetables will be completed at least a week in advance and I aim to set out time every Sunday to sit down and plan more in advance. However these timetables will only be a rough guidline for the week ahead, just some I know where I am, where to be and rough how long I'll be doing it for. I will put each timetable in my journal and annotate as the week progresses and my plans change, so everything is still clear. This is because nothing is ever set in stone and my plans need to be flexible in order to change if my ideas change or I decide to visit somewhere.
This way I will be planning my time, but adapting the process to suit the adpative nature of my course and everything that is going on in my life at the moment.
Hopefully after my exams tomorrow 😱, I will be in a better position to be more focused and will be able to get a lot more done in preparation my group tutorial on Thursday.
